BUTA DALI NADIA BARA

Ingredients :

Chana Dal – 2 cup
Coconut grated- 1 ½ cup
Onion – 1 no. (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 4-5 nos.
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Cumin (Jeera) seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Procedure :

Wash and soak the chana dal in water for 3 hour. Grind chana dal, Coconut, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds together in a blender. Make a very fine paste. Don&39t add water to it. Then add chopped Onion, salt and mix well. Now heat oil in a frying pan. Make small balls and flattern it. Then fry it on medium flame till both sides are light golden brown. Serve hot with tamato sauce and chilli sauce.
