Ingredients:
1 cup poha
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 chopped green chilli
Coriander leaves
10 Curry leaves
1 Lemon juice
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 Cumin seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
2 tbsp oil
Procedure :
Heat oil.add mustard and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves, peanuts and heeng. Saute for half a min.
Add chopped onion. Saute till light pink.add ginger, green chilli and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add all dried spices. Cook for 1 minute. Add poha and mix well. Add coriander leaves and drizzle lemon juice. Garnish with bhujia and serve hot.
