Ingredients:
• 1 Brinjal (sliced into four)
• ½ tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Refined Flour
• 1 tsp Chat Masala
• Mustard Oil for frying
How to make Baigana Bhaja:
• Mix refined flour, turmeric and salt.
• Roll brinjal slices on it.
• Heat the mustard oil on medium till.
• Fry brinjal slices till golden-brown.
• Sprinkle Chat masala.
Suggestions:
Serve with rice or pakhala.
